Photos and video processing

Selecting photos prepares previews on your device. A browser-only draft preserves both photos and the selected quality across sign-in and payment redirects for up to two hours. It is cleared after an accepted generation or when both photos are removed; expired drafts are removed when the form is reopened. Selecting a photo does not upload it. On a real generation submission, both ordered images are sent to KIE’s upload service and the configured video model with the operator’s performance reference. Do not submit private documents or images you cannot use. See KIE’s privacy policy for its processing terms.

Accounts, purchases and delivery

Account records support sign-in and task ownership. Payment processing, when enabled, uses Stripe; the application stores order and credit records rather than card details. Google sign-in and emailed verification codes authenticate accounts. Completed generated videos use private media storage and owner-checked downloads. Public examples use separately selected assets.

Analytics

The existing first-party dashboard summarizes visits, registrations, tasks and confirmed orders. It respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control on visit collection. When enabled for the production site, a separate PVUV instance at actuallyfreeai.com receives page and conversion events using pseudonymous visitor/session identifiers. Business events cover photo readiness, authentication stages, credit purchase, generation, downloads and sharing. Verified live payment events include the payment time, currency and amount. Business analytics attribution and event records are kept for at most 90 days, with automatic cleanup; sensitive account-recovery and admin paths are excluded. Uploaded files, email addresses, verification codes, raw prompts and private media are not intended as analytics properties.

Retention and requests

Task, account and order records remain until removed under the operator’s maintenance process. No fixed automatic media deletion period is promised. Third-party temporary uploads follow their own retention terms. A deletion request can require identity verification and may leave records that must be retained for completed transactions.
