These terms apply to the 58th Floor AI service at 58thfloorai.org. Updated 3 November 2026. Credit packs are one-time purchases without automatic renewal.
Your cast and permissions
This workflow is intended for adults. Only submit photos and likenesses you have permission to use. Do not impersonate someone to deceive viewers, fabricate an endorsement, or present a generated performance as a real event. You remain responsible for how you use and share the output.
Generated performance
The product prepares a two-person studio scene from ordered references. Video generation can change faces, outfits, limbs and timing. Exact likeness, lip sync, turnaround time and publication acceptance are not guaranteed. Scene illustrations, source references and actual generated samples are labeled separately.
Credits and tasks
The final server catalog determines pack prices and generation debits. Review the displayed price, credit balance and selected quality before each purchase or generation. Confirmed failed tasks return the credits actually deducted once. An uncertain provider submission stays attached to its original task for reconciliation; do not submit another paid task merely because a response is delayed.
Audio and independent status
58th Floor AI is independent of COLORS, Anderson .Paak, Cordae, TikTok and their associated companies. A commercial recording is not automatically licensed with a video. Only use cleared audio and comply with the destination’s synthetic-media rules.
Private delivery and support
Your account controls access to its tasks and downloads. Sharing links, when enabled, can grant temporary access to anyone who holds the link. Keep your login secure. Contact support@58thfloorai.org or use the Support section of your account for help.
